to join the CPR Cell Phone Repair team!

Beyond smartphones, we specialize in a wide variety of electronic device repairs, including computers, laptops, game consoles, cameras, mp3 players, and much more. We strive to create solutions where there weren’t any before and will continue to lead the wireless repair industry as the experts in fast, efficient repairs.

On a local and global level, our goal is to be an asset to every community we serve. We have grown tremendously since our first walk-in cell phone repair shop in Orlando, Florida in 1997 but our commitment to local service has not changed. We continue to provide local repair solutions to schools, businesses, and consumers in communities across the globe. As our national and international footprint grows, we are still the “go-to guys” for electronic device repairs and hope to serve you at one of our International locations.

The Positions:

As a technician, it is your job to stay up to speed on newly released and upcoming technology in the industry. This will ensure that your team is prepared to repair these devices when they arrive at your location for the first time. A technician should not only have the ability to repair any device that comes through the door, they should also be comfortable with cross training other employees.

Skill & Requirements– (Salary – To be negotiated based on experience and qualifications)

  • High School Diploma and some college or technical training. You MUST have a resume in order to be considered, as we are looking to fill this position fairly quickly, Having a well laid out summary of your experience only helps when reviewing candidates.
  • Proficient in soldering
  • Experience with wide range of device repairs: Phones, Laptops, Gaming Systems
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and email communication
  • Experience with a Point of Sale Systems and opening and closing procedures
  • Good vision with or without corrective lenses/glasses
  • Organization skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team
  • Knowledge of all available tools and equipment in the work area and how they are operated.
  • Ability to recognize trends in the repair industry
  • Ability to cross-train other employees.
  • Knowledge of parts suppliers and how to order and Inventory management and control
  • Sales experience
  • Ability to oversee multiple areas of the operation at once and delegate
  • Ability to develop and maintain a consistent and efficient workflow

As a sales associate in a CPR Cell Phone Repair location, you hold responsibilities that are critical to the success of the store. You are directly responsible for the customer service experience. It is your responsibility to assist any customer that comes through the door in a professional and timely manner. You will be responsible for the entire front end of the store. Cleaning and restocking inventory fall under this category. All phone calls and email inquiries fall under your jurisdiction; although you may need to seek assistance from your technical team to answer some of the more technical questions. You should be monitoring trends alongside the lead technician on defective parts, repeated re-repairs, and broken parts. Being mindful of numbers and setting revenue goals is important.
